Johns Creek tops the list of the most expensive places to rent in Georgia with a median rental rate of $1,400. Johns Creek also had a year-to-year growth of 3.9 percent over June 2014, according to ApartmentList.com.
The report also explores the growth in rental prices in Georgia vs. nationwide as well as the Georgia's 10 cities with the fastest rent growth.
