‘Tis the season to eat comfort food, wear oversized sweaters, and cuddle up on the couch with some hot chocolate. You may not notice how this seasons food and parties are affecting you but come spring, trying to fit back in those skinny jeans, will not be fun. Luckily, we’ve got you covered with some of Atlanta’s best fitness classes. If you’re anything like me, fitness classes are the only way to go. The team atmosphere and instructor keeps me more motivated than being in the gym alone. Here are some of our favorite classes:

Barre3
Get a heart-pumping full body workout for a strong, lean and balanced body. This fitness studio is where pilates meets barre meets yoga. With 123 studio locations (3 in Atlanta) it’s obvious that thousands of people around the country love this fitness class.
