Atlanta's most expensive house on the market is anything but camera shy. And why would she be? The Buckhead mega-mansion located at 490 West Paces Ferry Road was built for showing off. It features 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and seven full kitchens worth of gilt, carved, and otherwise opulent finishes. The manse gained notoriety as the residence of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" character Kim Zolciack's boyfriend, Lee Najjar (and his wife and kids).
Initially offered at $25 million, the price has been dropped a few million in hopes of luring a buyer, specifically one in need of seven kitchens. Not one to waste her beauty as she awaits her new residents, the home has found a day job as a film star.
As some of you may have noticed, it's recently been featured on a number of screens, both big and small. There was an appearance on MTV's "Teen Cribs", where a grand tour was given by the Najjar children. Then its pool landed an gig on HGTV's "Million Dollar Room." Also, the home was cast as the Hollywood home of Bill Murray in the movie "Zombieland." Currently it"s is being used as a location for the "Three Stooges" movie, and there's a rumor that Billy Bob Thornton wants to feature the house in his next movie. As the old saying goes, there's no such thing as bad publicity. But will it help sell a home?
