In this weekly feature on Clicks & Mortar, we bring you the most notable or interesting property we can find in our service area. This week’s featured over-the-top property is 700 Foxhollow Run, Milton, GA ($7,200,000).

Milton, Georgia is synonymous with gorgeous, sprawling estates, and here’s one that takes the high-priced cake. 700 Foxhollow Run sits in the prestigious community of Greystone, but it’s safe to say its impressive neighbors are dwarfed by the proportions of this property. The Google Maps aerial shows the 22 acre spread in all its glory. Even the lawn mower stripes are immaculate! Here’s a closer look at what could be Milton’s only true resort-style residential offering.

In better safe than sorry fashion, this estate is set behind not one but two gates. The facade of the over 18,000 square foot home is dominated by a massive stone porte-cochére with a vaulted wood ceiling, allowing your guests to arrive in style. Black and white marble flooring in the entrance foyer is an elegant touch that harkens back to the old school estate homes of Buckhead. The rest of the home is much more suburban in character, with its generously sized rooms and ceiling heights. Check out the huge covered poolside lounge that’s larger than most one bedroom apartments inside the Perimeter!

Given the odds of an athlete buying this home, the recreational goodies should be a huge selling feature. The well-equipped gym is only the start. You’d expect the tennis and basketball courts, but what about the 18 hole golf course? And the baseball and football fields? The running track that surrounds the estate is great for cardio as well as child discipline - give me 10 laps! With summer around the corner, it’s easy to picture the fully stocked fishing pond and tricked out pool getting plenty of use. If your kids aren’t athletic, you could always rent the grounds out for a summer camp - just call it Fort Milton.
