30022 encompasses the affluent area south of Alpharetta and east of GA-400 that includes North Point Mall and a slew of subdivisions. The average listing price is $470,517, and the median sales price is $285,500.
North of Alpharetta and west of GA-400 is the 30004 zip code, which is characterized by homes on large lots and equestrian farms. It’s quite pricey here: the average listing price is $564,168, and the median sales price is $298,990.
