Tyler Perry Selling His Sprawling Estate for Whopping $25M via Curbed
Tyler Perry has put his $25M Buckhead mansion on the market amid rumors that he is looking to build another OTP. Set on 17 acres along the Chattahoochee River, highlights of the beauty include an underground ballroom, "hobby house", spacious pool with a swim up bar, and luxurious home theater.

Survey: Apartment renters give B+ for city satisfaction via Atlanta INtown Paper
According to Apartment List's inaugural Apartment List Renter Confidence Survey, renters have awarded Atlanta a grade of B+ for city satisfaction. Other key finding included an A- score regarding safety and crime as well as a near average score in most other categories including: taxes (B+), schools (B), commute (B-), and recreation (C+).

Atlanta Seeking $29.3 million grant to extend streetcar to BeltLine via Atlanta Business Chronicle
Atlanta is applying for a $29.3 million federal grant to extend Atlanta Streetcar tracks on Edgewood Avenue to the Irwin Street entrance of the Atlanta BeltLine. Both Atlanta's chief operating officer Michael Geisler and Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed have high hopes for the city's grant application due to the massive impact that the existing streetcar has had on improving Atlantans' lifestyles and transportation.
